· We typically don't move decks/additions and require them to be removed prior to the start of the job and out of the way, along with skirting and disconnection of all utilities beforehand (sewer/water/electric/gas/AC units).

· We specialize in single-wide and double-wide mobile homes, as well as park models.

· We are licensed and insured.

· We currently service all of Wisconsin and surrounding States (Minnesota/Michigan/Iowa), within 30 miles of the Wisconsin boarder. However, we do have partners in neighboring states that can occasionally help us out with getting transportation passed that 30 mile marker.

· We understand people sometimes need to shop around for the cheapest prices, but we are confident in our experience and knowledge and therefore we do not offer price matching at this time.
